This week’s Monday Mile with a Mission: cut out that sugar!
During our walk this week we will be focusing on the health benefits of reducing sugar in our diets. Some benefits of reducing sugar intake are: increase in energy levels, clearer skin, prevention of chronic diseases, and reduction of body fat. But that was only to name a few!
All are welcome to join for the best day of the week- Monday! Bring a friend, put on your favorite sneakers and come walk a mile with us.
