DeStress Monday Workshops: Healthy Habit and Goal Setting

Students will learn skills to support their mental and emotional well-being. These workshops are drop-in sessions. During each workshop we will dive into an aspect of positive psychology (yes, there’s a science behind increasing your happiness, life satisfaction, and more!) Each session will start with an interactive talk on the topic, followed by a break-out activity, with time for questions and personal reflection at the end
