Similar to our usual Monday Miles with a Mission, but this week we will be focusing on the importance of mindfulnesses during our walk!

We define mindfulness as “the quality or state of being aware or conscious of something,” and on our walk, we will have time to take in our thoughts and the world around us. So, once again, come with a friend and join us for our favorite day of the week!

Meet outside of the Barnes Center at the Arch at 12 noon.
