DeStress Monday Workshop Series

We’re excited to share that our DeStress Monday workshop series, DeStress for Success, is converted to videos for remote access. View the DeStress for Success video series here.

DeStress for Success is a virtual five week workshop series based on the science of positive psychology. These workshops help students gain skills to increase resilience, cultivate mindfulness and calm, strengthen friendships, grow their strengths, and form healthy habits through positive psychology based practices and DeStress Monday tips.

Those who attend all 5 sessions will earn a Healthy Monday Syracuse Certificate of Completion.
