DeStress Monday Workshop Series:
We’re excited to share that our DeStress Monday workshop series, DeStress for Success, is converted to videos for remote access. View the DeStress for Success video series here.
DeStress for Success is a five week workshop series based on the science of Positive Psychology. These workshops help participants gain skills to increase resilience, positively cope with stress, cultivate mindfulness, strengthen communication skills, and form healthy habits, through introspection, positive psychology based practices, and DeStress Monday tips.
Participants are given resources to create sustainable habits that support their well being. During each workshop, we will dive into an aspect of positive psychology, including: positive emotions, mindfulness and flow states, communication and conflict resolution, and using your strengths.

DeStress for Success grew its roots at Syracuse University, but we’re thrilled to share it’s expanded to SUNY Upstate Medical University and SUNY Oswego! If you’re interested in implementing this program at your university, please email Program Coordinator Mary Kate Lee (email@example.com).
