There are countless health benefits to quitting smoking, and the sooner you try the better! Once you stop smoking, it gives your body a chance to reverse some of the damage that has already been done.
Just like New Year’s resolutions that we so easily loose track of and forget about, the same thing happens when trying to quit. Instead of waiting an entire year to start again, we use Monday as a weekly reminder.
You can use your Mondays to reward yourself for a good week, or reflect on mistakes or relapses and how they can be prevented in the future. Mondays we are able to quit, re-quit and recommit to our efforts and join many others starting the journey that same day.
