Monday isn’t a good day for me to walk, what can I do?

Monday is a fresh start – the day to set your intentions and kick off the week in a healthy way – but if Monday isn’t your day, you can walk a Monday Mile any day of the week. Whichever day you choose to walk a Monday Mile, set a goal to keep up your healthy behaviors for the remainder of the week.
